Yoga is one of the World’s oldest forms of exercise which is gaining popularity again and it is now being recommended even by some  medical practitioners as a stress reliever and to compliment other fitness programs. It is beneficial for various health conditions also.

Yoga postures or asanas are body positions in yoga which are beneficial in attaining relaxation, flexibility and healing. The practice of yogasanas helps a person to achieve a healthy mind and body.

Therapeutic Yoga

Yoga therapy is the practice of yoga with the intention of healing or reducing various illnesses. There are different yoga postures for various illnesses like obesity, insomnia, asthma, diabetes, thyroid problems, digestive problems, arthritis etc.

Meditation

Although meditation have been practiced thousands of years ago, recent studies shows that meditation can relieve stress, relax your body and mind, make your brain more alert, make your heart relax and give you that extra boost of energy you need.

Meditation can completely make you feel refreshed and help you block out any distractions that may come across your way.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra or yogi sleep is a sleep like state which is experienced during meditation. Yoga nidra has been found beneficial in reducing tension and anxiety related symtoms such as headache, giddiness, palpitations and abdominal pain.
